Hello! Entering one of our rooms is like receiving a warm embrace. We've thought of every detail to make you feel instantly at home, but with that extra touch that only Versilia can offer.

Each room is a small haven of peace, where the Tyrrhenian Sea light gently filters in each morning. Here's what you'll find in your "nest":

Sleep like a king (or queen): Beds with orthopedic mattresses and pure Egyptian cotton sheets. Whether you're coming from a day of shopping or a windy day at the beach, you'll sleep like a queen.
Your perfect climate: Ultra-quiet, individually adjustable air conditioning. Whether it's a Tramontana wind outside or the August sun, inside is always the perfect temperature.
A rejuvenating shower: Private bathroom with shower, complimentary toiletries, and super-soft towels. There's even a hairdryer, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Connectivity and entertainment: Super-fast, free Wi-Fi (because even on vacation, you have to post every now and then!), flat-screen TV for your favorite entertainment.

In short, we put our heart and soul into it (and the best mattresses). All you have to do is bring your suitcase and a smile. We're waiting for you!

Our Living Room: The Heart of the Villa

Hey there! If the bedrooms are your private nest, the living room is that shared embrace you didn't know you were expecting. Come in, sink into the sofa, and breathe: life here flows slowly, just the way we like it in Forte dei Marmi.

We designed this space to be exactly what you're looking for on vacation: relaxed, elegant without being stuffy, and full of little comforts that make all the difference.

Here's what you'll find in your living room at home:

Sofas that pamper you: Super-soft armchairs and sofas. They're so comfortable, I risk stealing you from the beach... but I swear, it's worth it!
Customized lighting: Large windows that open onto the garden or veranda, but with sheer curtains if you want dim light. And in the evening? Warm lighting because sometimes the TV isn't necessary: just chat with a glass of Vermentino.
Perfect climate always: silent air conditioning for the summer. No musty smells, no chills: just the right temperature to lounge in a vest or a blanket, whatever you prefer.
Worry-free entertainment: a large (but unobtrusive) TV, even for music, and a small bookshelf with board games and a few books about Versilia.
The unexpected detail: a notebook of "tips of the day" left by previous guests. Restaurants, beaches, walks... all handwritten, which is more authentic.

In short, this living room isn't just a passageway to the bedroom or the garden. It's the place where you'll begin and end each day in Forte. With a chat, a moment of silence, a smile.

Our Garden: The Villa's Breath of Sun and Shade

Hello! Close your eyes for a second and imagine: the scent of maritime pines, the warm Versilia sun on your skin, and you sitting in the shade of a veranda while a light breeze caresses you. Welcome to our corner of outdoor paradise.

The garden embraces the villa on all four sides. Yes, you read that right: everywhere you turn, there's greenery, flowers, and a special place to enjoy the moment. There's no "in front" or "behind": there's only nature enveloping you.

Here's what awaits you outside:

The veranda with dining area: Our favorite spot! Under a scented wooden canopy (with curtains that close if the wind blows), a large table awaits you. It comfortably seats eight, but if there are more of you, we can move the chairs, no problem! The warm-rope lighting in the evening makes it magical: dining here under the stars is a must at least once.
Garden all around: the perfect place to read a book or simply do absolutely nothing.
Lights and atmosphere: No annoying lights, just that warmth that invites you to stay outside a little longer.

In short, outside is like inside, only better. Because there's the fresh air, the sound of crickets chirping in the evening, and the freedom to stay in your swimsuit all day without anyone saying anything to you.
